Quick tips for inspection day
- All utilities (gas, water, electric) should be on so systems can be tested
- Clear access to the electrical panel, furnace, water heater, and attic hatch
- Pets secured and easily accessible areas cleared
- Plan to attend — you'll learn more in three hours walking the home than in any report
